OPINION OF THE COURT

Ferguson, Senior Judge:

Tried by general court-martial convened at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the accused was convicted of three specifications of sale and possession of heroin, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934, and one specification of attempted sale of heroin, in violation of Article 80, UCMJ, 10 USC § 880. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, partial forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for 10 years, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
