This matter comes before the Court pursuant to Plaintiff Veterinary Services Cor poration’s February 28, 2011 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. (Dkt. No. 2). Defendants filed a Resistance (Dkt. No. 22) on March 18, 2011, and Plaintiffs filed a Reply (Dkt. No. 33) on March 29, 2011. A hearing was held over three days — March 18, 2011, April 5, 2011, and April 8, 2011.
