The defendant appeals his conviction for possession of marijuana for the purpose of sale. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11359.) We affirm.
Facts
On the afternoon of May 29, 1982, the Culver City Police Department received a routine burglary call indicating that the front door of defendant’s apartment had been kicked open. The defendant was not home at the time and the call was made by the security guard at the apartment complex where the defendant lived.
