ORDER
KENT, District Judge.
On this date came on to be heard Plaintiffs’ Motion for Remand (Instrument # 6), Defendant Brown & Root’s Opposition (Instrument # 13), and Plaintiffs’ Response (Instrument # 14). Plaintiffs are the parents of Otis Ray Benjamin, who was killed when the vessel in which he was a passenger struck a natural gas pipeline and exploded in Texas waters. Plaintiffs filed this case in state court seeking recovery under the general maritime law, the Jones Act, and the Texas Wrongful Death and Survival Statutes. 1 Brown & Root removed the case to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C.…
