KERNER, Circuit Judge.

In this case John L. Nairn, trustee of the estate of Rosenbaum Grain Corporation, appeals from an order allowing set-offs under Section 68a of the Bankruptcy Act on the ground that the claims in question lack mutuality. 11 U.S.C.A. § 108(a) provides that “In all cases of mutual debts or mutual credits between the estate of a bankrupt and a creditor the account shall be stated and one debt shall be set off against the other, and the balance only shall be allowed or paid.” See also 11 U.
