On March 31, 1982, Connecticut Aerosols, Inc. (Debtor) filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Subsequently, the debtor filed a disclosure statement and a plan of reorganization to which the United States (Government) objected.
