Plaintiff, Providence Village Townhouse Condominium Association, initiated the instant action to recover damages for alleged defective fire retardant plywood utilized in the roofing of common elements of their condominium development. In their Motion for Judgment, they have named as Defendants: the builder/declarant (Amurcon-Loudoun), the materials supplier (Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc.), and the manufacturer/ treater of the FRTP (Hoover Treated Wood Products, Inc.) used in the construction.
