MEMORANDUM OPINION
KAPLAN, District Judge.
This employment discrimination action is brought against The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) and a number of its employees pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 1 and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
