This appeal concerns the attempt of Gall Landau Young Construction Company (GLY) to hold the R.C. Hedreen Company (R.C. Hedreen), 1 the successor to assets of Parkside Building Company (Parkside), hable for Parkside's debts to GLY. R.C. Hedreen appeals the trial court's judgment that it was a "mere continuation" of Park-side and is therefore hable for Parkside's debts. GLY cross- appeals an earlier judgment that R.C.
