Jackie Eugene Arington (“Movant”) appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 24.0351 motions seeking post-conviction relief based on a claim that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at his probation revocation hearing. Because Movant does not challenge either the validity of his judgments of conviction or his resulting sentences, Movant’s claim is not cognizable in a Rule 24.035 motion. We accordingly affirm the motion court’s denial of post-conviction relief.2
