This appeal involves the right to the proceeds of a life insurance policy. As the question was determined by a ruling on demurrer to an answer, the pleadings will be reviewed.
Mary L. Tromp brought her action against the insurance company alleging that the company on November 27, 1925, issued its policy of insurance upon the life of Harry Clifford Tromp, and payable at his death to her, that the policy was in full force on April 9, 1934, when he died; that she had made proofs of death and complied with the terms and conditions of the policy…
