ALVORD, J.
The plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF9, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-FF9, commenced this residential mortgage foreclosure action in December, 2007, against the defendant Thomas J. Shivers, Jr. The defendant appeals from the judgment of strict foreclosure rendered by the trial court on June 15, 2010. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment as to liability. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
