I. INTRODUCTION

Defendants Karim Koubriti, Ahmed Hannan, Abdel Ilah El-Mardoudi and Far-ouk Ali-Haimoud, through counsel, have filed a motion opposing the empaneling of an anonymous jury in this case on the grounds that it impacts on the presumption of their innocence and due process rights by giving the jurors the notion that they are sitting in judgment of “bad” and/or “dangerous individuals who pose a threat to their well-being and suggests that Defendants might have…
