MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ST. EVE, District Judge.
Currently before the Court is the Chicago Tribune’s (the “Tribune”) Motion to Intervene and for Immediate Public Access to Names of Jurors (the “Motion”). (R. 523-1, Tribune Motion.) The Tribune contends that the Court must disclose the names of empaneled jurors and alternates pursuant to the First Amendment right to access judicial proceedings.
