MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON THE PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS

YOUNG, District Judge.

In this petition for a writ of habeas corpus, the petitioner, Douglas Chappee (“Chappee”), challenges the exclusion by the court of three expert defense witnesses in his criminal trial in the Massachusetts Superior Court. Chappee argues that he was denied his Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment right to present a defense.
