Action for specific performance of an alleged oral contract whereby Clarence Palmer and his sister Leanna (Anna), both now deceased, are alleged to have undertaken to "vest title upon their demise" of all their property (real and personal) in plaintiff, their niece, Pauline Steere, in consideration of services alleged to have been rendered by [392] her to their parents (now deceased) and for services to be rendered by plaintiff to them (Clarence and Leanna) as long as they lived.
