Jarida García and her immediate family (collectively, Plaintiffs) bring this action under the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendants, Agent José Rodríguez and Sergeant Luis López, violated their rights protected under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.1 They also bring supplemental claims under Article II of the Commonwealth’s Constitution and general tort claims under Puerto Rico law. Pending before the Court is Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.…
