This is an application, pursuant to section 150 of the Debtor and Creditor Law, to discharge the judgment for a *1003deficiency which was entered against the defendant Breskin on January 8, 1940.

It appears from a certified copy of the discharge in bankruptcy in the District Court of the United States, Eastern District of New York, that these defendants were on the 26th day of February, 1937, duly discharged in bankruptcy as of the 5th day of November, 1936, on which day the petition for adjudication was filed by them.
