*844 ¶ 1 Defendant Shane Amans pled guilty to possession with the intent to deliver more than 2000 but not more than 5000 grams of cannabis. 720 ILCS 550/5(f) (West 2014). Defendant was originally sentenced to a four-year term of imprisonment. After granting his motion *845 *81 to reconsider, the trial court resentenced defendant to a term of 48 months' probation. The State filed a motion to reconsider that order. The trial court granted the State's motion and resentenced defendant to four years' imprisonment.
