This is an action of ejectment commenced for the purpose of recovering possession of certain lands, and of setting aside a deed given by plaintiff to defendant William B. Moran’s grantor, on the ground that plaintiff was incompetent to execute the deed at the time it was *9given. On the trial in the court below, counsel for plaintiff offered to show that, — >
