OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Opinion

This matter is currently before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judg ment. Plaintiff has filed a response in opposition to the defendant’s motion. On April 2, 1998, the Court held a hearing on defendant’s motion. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants defendant’s motion for summary judgment on all of the claims presented.
