The trustee in bankruptcy in the jointly administered Chapter 7 cases of Emanuel Salzman and William Hamlin (“the debtors”) opposes the adversary proceedings commenced by the holders of second and third mortgages against real estate owned by the debtors, which seek to compel the trustee to make payment to the second and third mortgagees from the proceeds of the trustee’s sale of the real estate.
