Pending before the Court are plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction and defendants’ motion to dismiss.

FACTS

The plaintiff, Michael Crocker, is a student enrolled in the 12th grade at McGavock High School in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. The defendant, Ten nessee Secondary School Athletic Association, is an organization designed to regulate high school athletic activities.
