CULPEPPER, Judge.

This is a suit by Mrs. Estelle Scott Tan-nehill against her husband, Theodore L. Tannehill, Jr., for separation from bed and board on the grounds of living separate and apart for one year, for custody of the minor child born of the marriage, and alimony pendente lite for the support of the child. Defendant filed an answer denying generally plaintiff’s petition. He also filed a reconventional demand to annul his marriage to Mrs. Tannehill on the grounds that her previous divorce judgment from her first husband is void for lack of jurisdiction and venue in the district court…
