THAYER, Circuit Judge.
This writ of error was brought to review a judgment of the district court of the United States for the district of Nebraska, whereby Prank M. Dorsey, the plaintiff in error, was sentenced to imprisonment for various violations of the act relating to national banks. Three indictments were returned against the accused, which were subsequently consolidated for trial, and together contained numerous counts, charging different offenses.
