The plaintiff, a spinner in the employ of the defendant, was injured upon June 23, 1941, when she was struck in the back by a bobbin thrown by another employee. The plaintiff described the accident as follows: “Well, we had finished our work, and while we were waiting for the doffers to doff the frames we had a chance to sit down and rest a little, and I was sitting down with another woman, and while I was sitting there, all of a sudden I felt something hit me in the back, and I happened to look up and saw it fall on the floor and I saw it was a bobbin, and I saw the man on the steam box put…
