MISHLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff Raymond J. Donovan, the Secretary of Labor (the “Secretary”), brings this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., against the three trustees of the Grumman Corporation Pension Plan (the “Pension Plan”) to, inter alia, enjoin acts and practices violative of Title I of ERISA and secure other appropriate equitable relief.
