BRYANT, Judge.

James Prentice Roberts (defendant), appeals a judgment dated 4 May 2004, entered consistent with jury verdicts finding him guilty of: two counts of first degree burglary; two counts of robbery with a firearm; two counts of conspiracy to commit the offenses of first degree burglary and robbery with a dangerous weapon; one count of first degree sexual offense; and two counts of second degree kidnapping. 1 For the reasons below, we vacate defendant’s conviction on first degree sexual offense, remanding to the trial court for an entry of judgment against defendant on second degree…
