This action was brought by Ruby McNeal, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against P. G. Walker, Jr., and G. C- Stebbins, wherein plaintiff sought to recover from said defendants the sum of $12,556.88. The original petition contained 16 causes of action based upon 16 coupon bonds, being a part of a series of .bonds aggregating about $200,000 issued' on or about July 1, 1919, by the Choctaw Portland Cement Company, a corporation. Twelve of the bonds sued upon were for $500 each and four were for $1,000 each. Judgment for $12,556.88 was prayed for, $2,-556.88 thereof being…
