The plaintiffs claim the property as the heirs of John Hall, deceased. In support of their claim they have produced a grant of the premises issued to Hall by Alcalde Leavenworth, on the thirtieth of December, 1848, and have proved its genuineness and due execution; they have shown the marriage of Hall with their mother, Mary K.
