This matter is before the court upon the preliminary objections of all defendants to the complaint. The preliminary objections are in the nature of demurrers to both Count 1 and Count 2 of the complaint.

A demurrer by a defendant admits all relevant facts sufficiently pleaded in the complaint and all inferences fairly deducible therefrom for the purposes of testing the legal sufficiency of the challenged pleadings: Duffee v.
