Appellants Panhandle Baptist Foundation, Inc., and Hardin-Simmons University appeal from an adverse summary judgment in their attempt to establish ownership of part of a tract of land in Uvalde County, Texas, pursuant to a bequest in the will of C.R. Pickens (Pickens).
