Tbe Monongabela Transport Company prosecutes tbis writ of error to a judgment of tbe circuit court of Monongalia county wherein Anna Tochek recovered $5,000 for injuries received through tbe alleged negligence of tbe transport company. Said judgment was rendered upon tbe verdict of a jury.
