WALKER, Chief Justice.

On the 5th day of May, 1891, Roberta Jones, Ida Chapman, Elias Biskamp, and Kirby Biskamp owned jointly in fee simple a certain tract of land containing 262 acres, a part of the James West headright survey in Newton county. On that date Roberta Jones, joined by her husband, R. J. Jones, Tda Chapman, joined by her husband, William Chapman, and Elias Bis-kamp joined in executing to H. J. Lutcher and G. B. Moore a general warranty deed to the 262 acres of land, described above. Kirby Biskamp’s name was also signed to this deed. Kirby Biskamp was born in 1866 and died in…
