I dissent from the decision of the majority in reversing this cause on the facts and in rendering judgment for the appellant. As disclosed in the majority opinion, the case is one of bailment for hire — ■ was tried without the intervention of a jury and resulted in judgment below in favor of H. W. Hawker, the bailor, against Bernard Ablon, bailee, for the sum of $1,018.09.
