YOUNG, Justice.

On June 4, 1992, Detective Norval Risenhoover ("Risenhoover") of the North Las Vegas Police Department responded to a report of a dead body at the Silver Nugget Camperland. Risenhoover entered a camping trailer and saw the body of a nude male stretched across the floor in the doorway between the bedroom and the bathroom.
