WALTHALL, Justice.

This suit was brought by H. S. Wilder against the American Produce Company to recover title to and possession of a small parcel or strip of land in the City of Victoria, Victoria County, Texas. The suit is in trespass to try title to the land involved, and as described in plaintiff’s petition. The land apparently involved in the suit and the land claimed by defendants was at that time partly occupied by the cold storage plant of appellee American Produce Company.
