I. INTRODUCTION
Debra Piotrowski (the “Plaintiff’ or “Piotrowski”) worked as a dental hygienist in the dental office of Kevin D. Boulard . (the “Debtor” or the “Defendant”). The Plaintiff contends that the Defendant wrongfully terminated her employment in May 2011, in violation of New Hampshire’s whistleblower statute, NH RSA (hereinafter “RSA”) 275-E.
