MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MORAN, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs Rex Robinson (Robinson), James Fredericks (Fredericks), James Holzrichter (Holzrichter) and Lynn Austrheim (Aus-trheim) bring this qui tam action under the False Claims Act (FCA or the Act), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-33, against defendant Northrop Corporation (Northrop), alleging that Northrop made fraudulent statements and claims to the United States government (count I).
