This is an appeal by an employee from an award made by the trial judge in his favor under the workmen’s compensation law.

ITis Honor found that the employee sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment and that, as a result thereof he had suffered a disability of his left foot amounting to twenty per cent of the use thereof.
