RIVES, Chief Judge.
This appeal is from a judgment of conviction followed by a sentence of imprisonment for four years. The seven-count indictment charged the defendant with conspiracy and with substantive offenses of uttering counterfeit $20.00 Fed eral Reserve Notes 1 2and of dealing in such counterfeit obligations. 2
