Moore Brothers, a partnership, composed of John I. and P. D. Moore, filed this suit against E. E. Kirkpatrick individually and as the survivor of a partnership formerly composed of Kirkpatrick and George E. Lamb, which partnership had been dissolved by the death of Lamb.
