SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION REGARDING ANNULMENT OF AUTOMATIC STAY

This supplements the court’s oral decisions of January 5, 2006, and January 20, 2006, regarding the Motion Seeking Annulment of Automatic Stay and Co-Debtor Stay or for a Determination That No Stay Exists filed by GRP Realty, LLC (“GRP”). Claiming that through a foreclosure sale it owns the residence occupied by the debtor and her husband, GRP has been attempting to evict them pursuant to an action in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
