1 This is an appeal from summary judgment granted to a grocer defendant in a slip- and-fall action. The cause has been assigned to the accelerated docket pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 1.86, 12 O.S. Supp.1999, ch. 15, app. 1. After a review of the record on appeal and applicable law, we reverse.
