COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried at Fort Devens, Massachusetts, before a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of committing indecent acts upon his 9-year-old daughter, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 4 years, forfeiture of $100.00 pay per month for 2 years, and reduction to the lowest enlisted pay grade.
