MEMORANDUM OPINION

JUDITH K. FITZGERALD, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the court is the objection of Pittsburgh Steelers Sports, Inc. (hereafter “Sports, Inc.”) to a portion of the motion to sell filed by Joseph J. Bernstein, Trustee (hereafter Trustee). The motion involves the sale of Trustee’s status as a season ticket holder which carries with it annual opportunities to acquire season tickets of the Pittsburgh Steelers Football Club’s home games. There was no objection to the sale of the season tickets themselves and that portion of the sale is not at issue herein.
