The law firm of Bennett & Fairshter, LLP (BF) appeals an Order and Judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, granting a motion by Stinky Love, Inc. (SLI) to implement the debtor’s confirmed plan of reorganization pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1142, 2 which we define below as the “Registry Order.” The Registry Order requires monies from a post-confirmation lawsuit to be deposited in the bankruptcy court registry, and disallows BF’s claim for postpetition, pre-con-firmation attorney’s fees in its entirety.
