ARTERBURN, Justice.

This is an appeal from denial of a petition for postconviction relief. The Appellant was convicted of kidnapping, Ind. Code § 35-1-55-1, Burns § 10-2901 (1956), on September 24, 1969, and sentenced to life imprisonment. A Motion for New Trial which was overruled on November 21, 1969, was appealed and affirmed by this court.…
