MONTEMURO, Judge:
This is an appeal from an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County granting appellee’s motion for judgment on the pleadings.
On September 27, 1986, Appellants sustained serious bodily injury when a vehicle, driven by one Frederick A. Richardson, crossed the center line and struck appellants’ automobile head on. An action was brought against the estate of Mr. Richardson, deceased, 1 and concluded by payment of $50,000, the limits of the policy carried by Richardson’s insurer, in December of 1987.
