— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County (Braatz, J.), rendered April 15, 1987, convicting him of arson in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The *764appeal brings up for review the denial, without a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain statements made by him.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
